On Friday 26 July students at GPS enjoyed National Schools Tree day. Students participated in seed collecting and planting, tree planting and Mulching and studying maps of our catchment. Thank you tho Ruth Workman on behalf of the Kangarooby Landcare Group for sharing her knowledge of seed collection and our local environment.
The school has been fortunate to receive Lachlan Catchment Management funding to allow us to carry out the treeplanting works at the school.
